Not yet. There's a way to force it if not auto updating, but will leave it for tomorrow.
Updated my notebook though. Windows 10 looks good. Other than a lengthy wait (at least 1 hour at 30%) when "preparing for install" "preparing for update". Will explore it more tomorrow, as well as attempt to update Pipo W3f to Window 10.
Got windows 10 from using the download tool here:

Made an .ISO on my SD card. launched it & installed fine (takes a long time, be patient).
No affect on Android. 9GB after removing windows.old.
No issues to note.
Spoke to soon, the display won't wake after being locked. The screen comes on but just to a black screen.

I've given it a pass for now. I don't have time to work out bugs and reflash 8.1 if it can't be worked out. This time I'll let someone else do the path blazing.
If it auto updates, will give that a go.
I'm going to try Windows 10 on my Chuwi Vi10 ASAP, will report back.
