Do you have installed adb-setup-1.4.2.exe ?
Do you have installed both ADB and Fastboot (during 1.4.2 installation) ?
However, don't worry about "getvar all".
Try to unable OEM unlocking (on Developer) without unlock bootloader by Fastboot.
Then, try to flash the TWRP.

Hi cleopatra,

When I open the recovery mode I got a picture with the android man and its whrite "No command." After a minute the phone restart by itself. What should I do?

So the sp flash tool seems to don't work, I push download an d nothing Happen. I've installed the drivers and tried to install many other...
I'm on window 8 and V1.1.3 for the ht3 pro.

Please help!

STEPS

1) Above all, download the next version of SP Flash Tool :

[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

2) Download the next version of ADB_Drivers_v5.1453.03 :

[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

3) Disable Driver Signature Verification on 64-Bit Windows 8/8.1/10,
please follow carefully step by step the tutorial at the next link :

4) Install ADB_Drivers_v5.1453.03

5) Download the stock firmware 1.0.9 (it is different from your 1.1.3 only for the updates),
you will have to do all the updates (above all the wireless update) :

6) Flash the stock firmware with the new version of SP Flash Tool

7) Follow carefully the next tutorial :

8) If everything will works well (I guarantee you that everything will works well),
DO NOT FORGET to give me a LIKE.

Thanks a lot for your help, the flashing is working now.
So i flash the v1.0.9 on it and it worked but after i took the phone out and try to start and nothing hapen. Can't acces the recovery mode anymore! Is the phone bricked? Something to do?

Why don't you read careful all the steps that I have suggested you ?

STEPS :

1) Enable OEM unlocking (Developer options) :

2) Flash once again the twrp.

3) To gain access to the custom recovery, press volume up & power buttons simultaneously.
You will see 3 options (Recovery Mode/Fastboot Mode/Normal mode).

Please flash once again the stock firmware.
Repeat every step that I have suggested you.

The thing is the phone does not answer anymore and is not recognized by the pc..
Anyway all my fault and thank you for your work.
I hope it'll start again

To be clear I did format all+ download when flashing the V1.0.9 and haven't been further as the phone is brick now Sad

Anything to do or the phone is trash?

Put the zip into your microSD

Return into TWRP mode

Install the zip

And, above all, if everything will works well ... please don't touch no more your HomTom

If there's one thing I hate, it's leave people in the lurch
... even though they got themself into a bit of a jam !

HARDBRICK - POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS :

If SP Flash Tool doesn't works anymore (doesn't recognize your phone),
and the pc doesn't pruduce any sound when you connect your phone to your pc,
try the next steps :

1) Remove the battery from your phone.
2) Connect your phone to your pc with usb cable.
3) Put the battery back in
4) Check if now your pc detect your phone

If this solution will doesn't works, try the next solution :

1) Open SP Flash Tool.
2) Load the scatter file and click on Download.
3) Connect your phone to your pc with USB cable,
and IMMEDIATELY press the volume down button on your phone.

If this solution will doesn't works, try to repeat the same method,
BUT NOW press both power and volume down buttons on your phone.

If this solution will doesn't works, try the next solution :

1) Open SP Flash Tool.
2) Load the scatter file and click on Download.
3) Connect your phone to your pc with USB cable,
and IMMEDIATELY press both volume up and power buttons on your phone.
