Full Version: Help Doogee HOMTOM HT3 Stuck on Boot Logo

Hi all,

I just receive one Doogee HOMTOM HT3 smartphone.

Stuck on boot logo the very first time I power it . First it shows a small animation (cosmos, or something) and then stuck on logo.

Power + Volume Up take me to a menu with just 3 options:
-. Recovery - Shows the android logo with is "belly open", after a few minutes, restarts and... back to logo
- Fastboot - New line "Fastboot mode..." and does, nothing... Must turn it of
- Normal, well... does nothing also

On powerUp during the small animation it shows up on my computer. At the moment the logo shows up, the computer indicates that the device was removed.

Any advice, help, sugestion? I don't want to return it, unless i really must.

Hi Miguel, welcome to the forum. When you see the Android with belly, have you tried pressing buttons? Not press and hold but just press and let go. Often this triggers the recovery.

Do you have Homtom HT3 or Homtom HT3 Pro?

This is very strange. Normally should be able to enter recovery after seeing the dead robot. Sometimes takes up to 30 seconds before can enter. Just keep pressing buttons for a minute or so.

If still can't enter recovery we will try something different.
Nothing. More than 3 minutes clicking on the 3 buttons and nothing happen.

Do you have the HOMTOM HT3 MT6580 version or MT6735P version ?

At this point I don't know. The phone itself doesn't mention anything rather than HT3. I need to be at home and check the box.

I have asked you it ... because I have purchased recently a HOMTOM HT3 Pro.

I think mine it's not the pro version

To resolve definitely your problem ... I suggest you to flash the stock firmware at the next link :
