First of all, Thank you Cleopatra for replying me to my post.
In Canada the major Cell Phone service Providers are Bell, Virgin Mobile, Rogers, Fido and Telus.
Here are the Frequencies used by thoses providers:
2G
GSM 850/1900
GPRS 850/1900
CDMA 850/1900
EVDO 850/1900
EDGE 850/1900
3G (and in some cases 4G)
HSDPA 850/1900
HSPA+ 850/1900
UMTS 850/1900 (Band 2 and 5)
WCDMA 850/1900
1x EV-DO CDMA2000
4G
LTE 1700/2100 (Band 4)
LTE 2600 (Band 7)
The bands 2,4 and 5 are the most important bands i need to make this phone works in Canada. Unfortunately the are greyed out in my device and cannot be activated.

first of all thanks Cleopatra for all of this. My question is why is that the build.prop only shows one line 'mt6737' and when I open it the Total commander says 'Warning, the text file could not be loaded completely'

(btw I want to change the build.prop to cancell the noise reduction in calls because the mic does not work properly but when I use whatsapp its perfect)

Thanks, it works. But sadly I can't find the presist.audio settings so I have to find another way to solve this problem.
Sir I ordered this same product and I am awaiting the shippment .I searched the rooting procedure through google and it landed me into this page..
How can I root it Sir? With the twrp the super su inside can allow root? When it's flashed.

INSTALLATION STEPS :
1) Tap on Settings --> About phone --> Tap Build number seven times.
Developer options --> OEM unlocking enabled and USB debugging enabled.
2) Download
SuperSU v2.82 zip and
BusyBox 1.26.2 zip at the next link :

3) Download the latest version (
5.1724.00.000) of SP Flash Tool at the next link :
[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
4) Unrar the SU_BU-June_2017.rar. Copy the 2 zips onto your microSD.
5) Unrar and run SP Flash Tool.
6) Unrar
Tiger-TWRP_3.1.0.rar
7) Load the scatter file inside the folder.
8) Select Download Only option.
9) Click Download.
10) Connect your turned off phone to the pc with USB cable.
11) Disconnect the USB cable.
12) Enter onto twrp recovery (volume up + power buttons simultaneously).
13) Select the first white line and press volume down.
VITAL STEPS :
14) Change the Cyrillic alphabet onto your language.
15) Tap Install, Select Storage, Micro SDCard, OK.
16) Tap on
SR1-SuperSU-v2.82-SR1-20170608224931.zip
17) Swipe to confirm Flash.
18) Tap on Reboot.
19) Tap on the icon of SuperSU to activate it.
20) Repeat same steps for
