INSTALLATION STEPS :
1) Tap on Settings --> About phone --> Tap Build number seven times.
Developer options --> OEM unlocking enabled and USB debugging enabled.
2) Download SuperSU v2.82 zip and BusyBox 1.26.2 zip at the next link :

3) Download the latest version (5.1724.00.000) of SP Flash Tool at the next link :

4) Unrar the SU_BU-June_2017.rar. Copy the 2 zips onto your microSD.
5) Unrar and run SP Flash Tool.
6) Unrar Tiger-TWRP_3.1.0.rar
7) Load the scatter file inside the folder.
8) Select Download Only option.
9) Click Download.
10) Connect your turned off phone to the pc with USB cable.
11) Disconnect the USB cable.
12) Enter onto twrp recovery (volume up + power buttons simultaneously).
13) Select the first white line and press volume down.
VITAL STEPS :
14) Change the Cyrillic alphabet onto your language.
15) Tap Install, Select Storage, Micro SDCard, OK.
16) Tap on SR1-SuperSU-v2.82-SR1-20170608224931.zip
17) Swipe to confirm Flash.
18) Tap on Reboot.
19) Tap on the icon of SuperSU to activate it.
20) Repeat same steps for Busybox v1.26.2 zip
I strongly recommend you to install the next apk :

It is useful to avoid to press volume up + power buttons to enter onto twrp.
Sir the phone arrived and I was doing it's ROM backup through miracle box and all of a sudden it's force closes and stop backing up.
The phone hard bricked sir.
No charging no booting .
But when plugged to the system (PC) it's makes the hardware connect noise ..
I have downloaded the stock ROM you provided and it seems sp flash tools don't wanna flash it.
Pls sir is there still hope for the phone?
I think the drivers here ain't compatible.
When I plug the phone to a PC under device manager I see Mtk usb vcom driver popped up..and when I unplug it it popped out .
Please sir the phone is just lying down here .like it's dead?????

Why you did the backup with Miracle Box ?
Miracle Box is not so easy to manage.
Miracle Box is solely intended for professionals.
it would be so easy to make a full backup with the twrp 3.1.0

Why do you want to change the IMEIs of the phone ?
The IMEIs identified unambiguously a phone across the planet.

I'm a Nigerian and in our country changing of imei numbers is allowed so that we can get cheap data at a reduced price.
Any MTK phone that doesn't allow us to change IMEI numbers won't be patronize by so many of us.
Upon entering the engineering mode, you will discover that CDS information under CONNECTIVITY is missing.
I made a mistake and selected "format&donwload" so i lost the nvram on my tiger, so i cant have an imei
i have not a backup of said nvram.
can someone pretty please give me one? i will change it to my real imeis

You could ask help to the creator of RR for Ulefone Tiger.
In my view, the Ulefone Tiger is a fantastic phone (in the category of low cost phones).
Its great virtue is the battery life.
Then, I suggest you to come back to the Marshmallow stock rom.
