Best if users flash with SP Flash Tool 20170630 and skip this procedure. .. .

Some users may have downloaded the OTA update directly instead of through the updater. If you're on 20170617, you may be able to OTA to the 20170630 ROM using the guide below.

20170630 OTA update link: https://mega.nz/#!WN13Da4Q!EjfEAYTEJBlRt86iu-6FCb65JREQtLlnJg4XfzxPX1I

1. Copy the ROM to the base of your phone's internal storage
2. Open Settings >> About Phone >> Wireless Update
3. Tap the 3dot (aka option, settings, overflow) menu in upper right corner of Wireless Update
4. Select "Local updates"
5. Direct it to the ROM
6. Follow the prompts from there

If it fails, then download the SP Flash Tool ROM from the link in this thread:

Did not work for me. Phone starts up and you see a bar that does not go further than about 25%. After 5 min. you see a laying android on his back with the text "Fault". You have to push the start button for a several seconds to startup the Phone again. Fortunately everything is ok.

SP Flash Tool (JUL-2017): [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

Follow this video guide to get the drivers installed and in this video I also flash a file onto Doogee Mix (but, you will choose "Firmware Upgrade", not "Download")

Thank you very much for the report. I will add a note in the top of the thread regarding this. You are the second user to report the problem.
Thank you guys.
