Here is my method for working root access. I tried every possible root program and non worked. Finally i find this program SHUAME ( [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] ) and it works!!! It is really simple.
1) Install MTK drivers and Shuame
2) Turn on USB debugging on Neken
3) Launch Shuame from shortcut on PC
4) Press big blue button and program will find your phone and install application on it (check your phone and close this application) .
5) Tools - root
[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
6) Confirm that you won't to root the phone and wait about 15-20 sec. Kinguser will be installed and you will have root access.
Here's proof:

EDIT: ehhhh...if you reboot phone root access and Kinguser disappears
