See the sticky section, all the ROMS are there.

Stock = Original (You can use 1.03 or 1.04)
Ultimate Versions = Rooted & CWM/TWRP of stock

Or you can head to NEEDROM for the 1.03 stock download.

Thanks cityfun, but I meant the original Rom = first rom that comes with the cell phone manufactures -1.0.1xxxxx

You can find stock ROMs on NeedRom too, but not exactly the 1.0.1 you seek. Only 1.0.0 under the "INEW V3-E" ROM name.
