Hey guys,

someone know what is happening with my "USB VCOM Port"?
As yours can see in the video made by me, i put my "S4 Clone - MT6572" on usb pc port with the phone switched off and without battery.

Then, for a moment, like 2 sec, the "VCOM Port" are identified, but soon after they disappear and i lose data connection with the device.
This is repeated ever, appear and disappear, appear, disappear...

PS: All device drivers have been installed
Watch this video for example:
Example 2: &feature=youtu.be

What can this be?

u have installed the driver correctly

No problem, u can now flash the rom

The device appear for a second or two only on the computer, then disappear, this is normal.

When u flash the rom, hit "Upgrade firrware"/"download" first, only then , u connect the phone to the computer

Thank you buddy,

But it is as the computer recognize drivers now, and then immediately did not recognize more.. so, when i hit "download" on the "Flash Tool", this program starts the command but only while the device is recognized and after 2 sec the device not is recognized and gives error in flash... then the phone restarts.
The driver should be ok.
When you connect the phone to computer. The phone should be in no battery mode or off mode with battery. Depend on the model of the phone.

I've tried everything, uninstall and reinstalled the drivers but does not work ... this it always happens, the drivers are detected but then disconnected, just live 2 sec and repeat it this process ever... no way to do anything ...

u means u hit the "dowload" button first, then connect the phone to the computer, nothing happen?

also , try to use a later version of flashtool yours is 1312,
there is 1316, 1324, ,1344 on the web

also try

take out the battery, wait for 5 sec, then put back the battery, then connect the phone to the computer, then u should see the flashing running

>>Yep, what happens is exactly what you saw in the video, error, because the driver is recognized and soon is no longer more recognized.

also , try to use a later version of flashtool yours is 1312,

>> i already tryed use the last version 1344

take out the battery, wait for 5 sec, then put back the battery, then connect the phone to the computer, then u should see the flashing running

>>if i connect the phone on the computer with battery, it only recharges, dont identify the VCOM Port usb driver.
make sure u hit the download button before u connect the phone

or
hit the download button, then connect yr phone to the computer, if nothing happen, then put back the battery. and see if it work?

driver installation
start over again.
don't run any flashtool programme
just plug in your phone(without the battery) to the computer, and u see the device appear for 1 or two second, then completely disappear, it mean u have driver installed correctly

if u plug in yr phone, the device manager shows some yellow mark, and show MT65XXXX???
that means , yr driver is not installed correctly
