So I'm more lucky than you. My V3 works fine with 1.0.7, just a little disappointed as "air gesture" is not there and I still cannot access through the windows when the cover is closed.

What about memory partition?

How to check? What data you want?

You can check under storage in settings. All the memory is internal storage or you have internal and phone storage (+ sd card if you have)?
