umm, isnt there 2100 missing?
that would be real bad since i need 2100.
2100 and 2000 are the same...work perfect.
Camera is different like in 1.0.4 Lewa - 12 Mp, F/2.0. But after taking a couple of shots it doesn't look like it's better than before.
I want mine with 900 3G band too!! I'm afraid this don't gonna be happening with firmware update.. -.-
For some of the MTK phones you could enable more frequencies through engineering mode it seems.
don't know if that would work with the inew and i would not advise to try unless you dont care if it doesnt work anymore afterwards.
The 900 band is locked. All are checked by default
So is it different hardware or different software radio? Mine uses wcdma 850 and 800 instead of the 900, but dunno if that makes any difference for me anyway.
I'd like to know as well. In Portugal, Vodafone uses 900 band to difficult areas, such inside home. So, I don't have 3g in almost every buildings!
Please point the people from the thread with the new bricked phones to here...
Just to be certain: What should I be looking for? the date on the kernel?
Also - iNew never supported OTA updates, right?
it's impossible to check all bands in engineer mode.
