I think I am more or less settling on Elephone p8. The other choice is kingzone k1 turbo. What is your opinion?
I really like my THL T200C. Besides the screen being slightly larger than your requirement, I have no hesitations recommending it.

Maybe you can explain why you are selling or sold the Kingzone?

One of our forum sponsors has 900/2100 version at $273 - coupon value
Another says they can supply either version

And not that lookylooky needs my validation but other sites suggest they too sell the 850/2100 version.

Best to go with one of forum sponsors as they have a good relationship with the super mods, if there are any issues. Not suggesting you will have issues.

good luck

2) Altho its not in your specs.....7 ROMs at needrom looks good

3) I have the X7HD and both sim slots are NOT the same
the X8 shows ( One Micro Sim Card One Nano Card)

what it doesn't show and maybe lookylooky can confirm is on my X7
sim slot 1 is for 3G
slot 2 is 2G

May be worth checking?

Yep, one micro and one nano.

But the battery maybe 1 day, for usage.

And about THL t100S i guess is better then the others?

People are complaining about bad battery of kingzone turbo. Similarly iocean has also small mah battery.

On what basis, you say thl t100s is better choice?

Thanks lookylooky for your suggestions. Do you have any hands on Jiayu G6? Which one should be better?
No, never tried a Jiayu product unfortunately. I've heard they are good but they never have 850 WCDMA which is what I need.
lookylooky
Are both your slots capable of 3G for the X8?
You may also want to consider a triple sim rather than a dual sim phone.

Useful if you occasionally head south of the border into the US or travel outside North America. You could use the extra sim slot in the US for an AT&T or T-Mobile sim card (or any of the many MVNO resellers like H20, Red Pocket, Spot, Simple, etc. Or use a roaming sim chip for international use like Telna Mobile, Ekit/Telestial Passport, etc.

Have a FeiTeng H9503 triple sim phone. Slot one is a micro sim card, and the other two slots are regular mini-sim card slots. The first two sim slots are 3G or 2G...you soft switch in a menu which slot you want to operate in 3G mode. The third mini-sim slot is 2G only. Radio is quad band 2G GSM, and dual band 850/2100 mhz 3G WCDMA. Has a 5 inch capacitive screen...don't have a clue what type of glass it has though.

Some of the dual sim phones I've seen though are only 3G capable in slot one. Second slot sometimes is only 2G. Read the specs carefully on any phone you are considering.

Good luck in your phone search!

Unfortunately not all sites specify that second slot is only 2G.
eg your suggestion our forum sponsor has
http://www.gearbest.com/cell-phones/pp_2...vQodTKUAwA

And I suspect most other sites have no mention of slot 2 or 3

Looks like you have to ask, and if its mission critical maybe get email confirmation?

sidenote, the H9503 has only 512 Mb RAM?

Only 512 mb ram in specs but fine for apps I need to run(however I see it says 1.17 gb in total internal storage about half of which is available so it's possible they were more generous on the ram chip than the specs say)...did add 32 GB card for program and media storage and rooted it. Much more powerful than the blu rave dual Sim phone I used before it plus a bigger screen. Use lte mifi device to get fast data to it.
I just saw the Mlais mx69w. Looks ok.

You seem to be talking about the 4G ROM
try opening a terminal and run command as a local user
Code:
free
if 512 your total will appear to be about 524288

Twotems

Thanks for the mention of that phone.. I found a comparion to THL T200 which is $10 more pricier

http://www.merimobiles.com/thl-t200_p/meri10243.htm

but I think the ROM 32 THL versus 16 for Mlais makes me lean a certain way if I had the money.
