I got my NO.1 P7 rooted. Found Romastersetup in this web:

You will get a superuser binary in chinese. This is somehow troublesome. Each time you get asked for root privileges, yes answer is the right button.
Be careful: after rooting I realized I got the trojan Android.Pris.
I do not know if this trojan was in my tablet before rooting with Romastersetup.
Anyway, check it out after rooting.
After rooting, you should then be able to install SuperSU / Superuser from Play and delete the Chinese control apk.
I tried to follow this method to root the No1. P7 mini, but i can´t seed the red rectangle that the procedure says in the 11 point .....
Can you take some photos please ????

I have just root my p7.
Any way do you know a forum or thread where it talks about problem with p7 .....????
I've been looking for it without results.....
I'm going to take a look to the new link, and if iit sn't the same procedure that i used, then i'll write my procedure.....

I haven't found any forum about NO.1 P7. Looks like we are the first ones able to root this tablet

Sorry, I've a couple of problems with my P7 mini, can you take a look to your P7 mini, to see if your rom works ok ....
When you restart your wifi, the mac addres changes or remains the same ???

Same mine. This is a ROM bug. It has to do with the fake NVRAM WARNING: Err=0x10, wifi host you will find in Wifi list. I tried some of the solutions to this bug available on the web but they did not work for me.
BTW, yes I am from Spain.
Thanks for posting the way you do root. Now I have root on my p7. The problem I've fixed market, if not with the application "market helper", or changing the build.prop as I did at the same time and after restarting, I can download whatsapp and others.
Wifi error I've tried everything but copy the files that are out there WIFI and Wifi.custom from adb.
I'm waiting for another rom posted, in the new videos of the tablet appears a rom the day May 13.
You can try the wifi MAC fix in h7500+ forum to make a static MAC address. MAKE SURE to backup your files first as outlined in the tutorial.

This link works for me .... I've got a mac address static ..... Always the same.
And I solved the applications google play store with the market helper ....
Now, only i need reinstall Email.apk and Exchange.apk, please help with this ....
