Ops ... desolated hjpedroza ... try again SRS One Click to enter in Recovery Mode and do a factory reset :-)
I've had a bootloop issue in the past ... and I've solved it with SRS.

unfortunately ... My tablet... doesn't switch on why?? First, it bootloops and now its dead.. oh my please help me.. i need firmware for SP flash tool

You cannot use SP Flash Tool to flash the rom that I'll give you.
I am not responsible for what you will do after my suggestion ... because I'm not sure about it ... I've found it on a philippine site (the site seems enough reliable). Well ... at first download the rom from here :

And then, follow carefully this tutorial step by step (and download and install Phoenix Suit to flash the img) :

06:59:08 p.m. - Starting ADB Server..
06:59:13 p.m. - ADB Device: NOT FOUND

ERROR: Make sure your device is connected in Android Debug mode, and the drivers are installed. then try again.

Unfortunately it didn't work madame.... D you have firmware for any tablet with internal emmc for spflashing tool.. i'll try to flash it with the firmware you can give me if you could find some..but thanks anyway.... madame

At first, try to install the ADB driver ... download this package (I suggest you to try the "Universal Android USB Driver" inside the package) :

And then, try this version of SRS :

You've asked me to give you firmwares for any tablet ... but I can't give you them because you can't use a random firmware ... otherwise you'll break your device ! You have to flash the proper firmware ... I've already given you the proper firmware and the software to flash it (read carefully my previous post) :

first question : Is your device the STAR N9000 Note3 ?
second question : Have you already tried to reinstall ADB driver from the link below ?
