It is a bad news ! Probably you have already rooted your device and so you have lost the warranty :-(
I suggest you to perform a factory reset on your phone.

When you will find and download the original stock rom, use MTK Droid Tool and SP Flash Tool (look for the tools and tutorials here).

Now I suggest you to do these steps:
1)at first, make a backup of your imei [tap MobileUncle, tap IMEI Backup Restore MTK, tap Backup IMEI to SDCARD (or SDCARD2 if you have a microSD)].
2)try to change the last number of your IMEI (number 0) with a random number to do a test.
How to change it ? In line AT +EGMR=1,7,"IMEI number" YOU MUST ENTER SPACE BETWEEN AT and +, so not AT+EG but AT +EGMR and then tap on SEND AT COMMAND. Quit MobileUncle, restart your device and see what happens.
If this test goes wrong, tap MobileUncle, tap IMEI Backup Restore MTK, tap Restore IMEI from SDCARD.
3)Try to reverse your two sim, simply to put the SIM1 where there is the SIM2 and to put the SIM2 where there is the SIM1.
4)Your problem could be caused by your telecommunications company or the brasilian coverage.
