[ROM] iNew v3 1.1.4 is terminamted, instead we will get official android 4.4. Kitkat rom

Hello everybody , on tuesday i will recieve my inew v3 from merimobiles , i was a iphone user so i've never owned a android phone before , but i decided to make a change.. (good one i hope)
As i said i am a noob when it comes to Adroid OS , and i have a series of questions . I will apogogise in advance if i post this on the wrong section of the forum .
-For example the first thing i want to do when i get my phone is to upgrade to 1.1.4 (if it comes out anyway XD ) and i want to root the phone ( even though i have absolutely no idea how yet.. ) . Has the root got anything to do with the rom ? like 1.1.4 , or just with the version of the android 4.2.2 ? Could you kindly point me out in a direction like a link or smth to a good tutorial about rooting the inew v3 ? i would really appreciate it.
-My second query is about the battery life, what do you think about it ? I am a excesive phone user because i tend to use messaging , facebook and other social media apps alot . The reason why i changed from my iphone 4s is that it's battery was giving up, 3 hours of usage and the phone would be dead.. (i hope i did not make a bad mistake buying the inew) I bought a spare battery just in case.. ^^

my inew came with v1.0.9 but gps is not working.
I installed 1.0.8 gps fix but nothing again.
Which rom do you propose stable,with many possibilities gps works ?

I bought a Inew V3 last week and the version of firmware is v1.0.8.

I have many problems with gps, It does not work and others problems.

I have read that the version of firmware v1.1.4, is much better.

Is it correct?, when can I download?

The official 1.1.4 isn't released yet, as you can see "will be released soon". The problems you have, probably we all have, so take a coffee or something like while joining our waiting... :p

so far, the problems that occur in my v3 (rom 1.0.8):
1. Battery Charging and Discharging (88% Bug)
2. Flip Cover Sensor (Sometimes it unlock itself even its lid is closed)
3. Baseband 850 & 900 (But im using 850 version, so it doesn't bother me so much )
4. Screen on automatically when changing network mode (from 3G to HSPA or vice versa)
5. GPS! (So many people didn't have their gps work, but i think i got the best phone so my gps is works well without any defect)
6. anyone wanna add something again?

i compare it with my previous phone zopo 810 or zopo 700, and they had quite better signal

ha ha, we all now expect a miracle, but why not repaired in these last 6-7 ROM.If I set up a couple of boys of 15 years of programming school, they will fix it for two or three days, of course, if the error in the software

iNew v3 doesn't have errors. It's a fully functional phone.
