Well I also need a custom recovery but for a tablet : Yuntab H8 (2Gb 16GB), 8 inches) based on MT6735P.

BE CAREFUL : the stock rom is unconventional !

The recovery.img is the JRFT160107.img

2) Rename the JRFT160107.img in recovery.img
3) Unpack it with Carliv Image Kitchen.
4) Try to make a TWRP by yourself following the next thread :

Thanks a lot and I will definitely give it a try ! I'll go through the tutorial and come back here to share my experience, in case that helps others.

I have tried this Carliv method but t does not work, at least for this Yuntab H8 recovery. I followed all the steps but no success.
I might try again as I still cannot find another option.

In Stock rom replace the original file with the attachment( JRFT160107.img).
Then flash whit BeTools.
Ready.
Press volume up and power button, select recovery, you can start here TWRP.
