Thanks for your reply, I cannot get the build number because the phone doesn't even boot, so I cannot browse the system ui and see from settings the build number.

If the build number is the firmware version, then I think I was on the latest ota update before nougat.

a) The versio of sp flash tool is 5.1640 and I tried also with 5.1628. I also tried with the flash tool that oukitel suggested with the release of the nougat firmware.

b) First I tried with Windows 10, then with windows xp sp3, finally with windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

c) My first flash I tried them on a laptop, now I am using my desktop that has Windows 7 64bit.

Related to fastboot I have done the following before your post

1) I pressed the power button and the volume +, got in the bootloader option and I choose fastboot.

2) Connected the device to my pc, opened a cmd, gave the command fastboot devices and I saw my device listed.

3) Executed the command fastboot getvar all and I saw bootloader unlocked: no

4) I executed the command fastboot oem unlock, on the screen of the device shows the warning that you mention and I press the volume + to unlock the bootloader. Immediately the command fails and in my cmd windows I think it says remote: oem unlock is not allowed.

Remember I didn't have enabled the developer options, so the usb debugging is off and also oem unlock option is off.

Does booting to fastboot with the adb command enables me to unlock the bootloader? Also do you know if the official roms that are on needrom are signed or not? Finally do you have a signed rom from oukitel that can upload with sp flash tool to see if this makes any change?

Thanks again for your time. Oukitel doesn't even respond to my mails. +_=
@Hazuki

I have had NO problem to unlock the bootloader.
However, for now please forget about bootloader.

Please keep your Win 7 Ultimate !
It seems to be the only Windows OS version where Nougat firmware works.

Format All + Download ? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!

Now you have lost your two IMEI
Now you can not use your SIM cards

NEVER DO "FORMAT ALL + DOWNLOAD" !

Doh
Well I know that I have lost everything but that was what the sp flash tool suggested. The IMEI numbers are in the back of the phone under the battery. Is it possible to save the phone now or not? I have seen guides you can write back the IMEI number, is this why the phone doesn't boot because it cant find the IMEI numbers? Even with the IMEI numbers deleted it should have booted.

Do not blame SP Flash Tool if you have erased your NVRAM.
Do not worry. It is a common mistake. I did too.
The boot has nothing to do with IMEI.
Ok I will try again this evening, can you use this app to tell me if the device has the emmc bug

Please do not experiment with your phone anymore.
You have done enough damage to your phone.
Please follow my steps to flash the stock firmware.

Wink
Ok, I will do that, can you upload somewhere the drivers that you have installed in your computer for this phone to use them instead of the drivers that I have found on the internet. It's the only thing that I haven't tried.

Install the next driver on your Windows 7 Ultimate :

Then, flash the stock firmware with the next version of SP Flash Tool :
