If you are a Linux user let me know as we do things differently.

- I already read it awhile ago, thanks. Im afraid it might damage my device.
I am not sure how to respond

Does that mean you won't try any of the suggested ways to build your own CWM
or are you alluding to a joke about Linux?
Im a windows user.. I already tried those tutorials.. but still I am not able to obtain custom recovery.. i followed the instruction carefully but still ended up with its stock recovery.. lol
then use mtk droid tools or flash tools and use the backup option

grab both your so called stock boot and recovery images

upload them somewhere like dropbox and then post the links to them here.

I assume you would be happier for a touch recovery?

what is the pixel resolution of the phone?
a quick google suggests 800 x 480

what is the filesystem format for system
ext4
yaffs
ubifs?

if unsure open a terminal and run mount as a command

If its UBIFS or yaffs i have not sucessfully built a CTR or CWN for these beasts.

good luck

seen post will check it out later

how about boot.img?

started build

I need you to upload your build.prop file pls as the so called stock recovery is an actual mod and does not show correct details

eg
ro.product.model=MyPhone Agua Iceberg
ro.product.manufacturer=MyPhone

I was expecting to see Cherry etc

2) your stock recovery.fstab differs from CTR fstab.
Have you every tested this stock recovery?
If errors I want a photo of them please.

I have modded CTR recovery to reflect stock's but it may be completely wrong
----another reason for having you upload the boot.img

so far it looks like....without the emmc stuff
/system ext4 /dev/block/mmcblk0p3
/cache ext4 /dev/block/mmcblk0p4
/data ext4 /dev/block/mmcblk0p5
/emmc vfat /dev/block/mmcblk0p6
/sdcard vfat /dev/block/mmcblk1p1 /dev/block/mmcblk1
damn, im so sorry.. I uploaded the wrong recovery, Im gonna redo this later.. =( I already erased the i file I was suppose to upload, im sorry for the trouble. Give me last chance
