Did you guys try to deactivate the Fast Boot option?
Someone improved his GPS (and other issues too) by doing this (on other MTK phone). Give it a try and reboot.

Nothing. GPS is not available. This is a great problem for me. I think that only solution is to backup an original nvram. Lewa ROM has damage everything in this smartphone.

Was this done under clear sky, not inside of a building? If yes, after the way it looks, in my humble opinion , this is a radio / rom problem. The GPS doesn't connect to any of the sattelites.
If it would be an antenna problem - than the GPS wil be connected to some of the sattelites (2-4) but with very low signal (SNR = 15-20), low Accuracy and lot's of loses. Obvious is not the case, becouse is connected to none.
Basically what I think is happening is that the AGPS is working ok - taking the position of the sattelites but the GPS chip doesn't work, probbly becouse of driver problem.
What I can also suggest is to try to delete gps.conf and replace it with woring one from somebody who has a working GPS, or install and use FasterGPS, f you didn't allready did it.
Otherwise you have to try another ROM / radio.
Is your GSM/phone signal working ok?

Hi Andrew, my V3 had LEWA 104 (everything worked fine btw) but now finally made it to stock 104. Only thing that didnt work was the GPS. Saw many sats, but signal/snr=0. Just as yours. I did all the known tricks with Mobile Uncle tools, used
Faster GPS to set to my region (Europe) and downloaded EPO and used aGPS. Nothing worked, no fix. Then I deleted the mtkgps.dat file, left the phone 10 minute outside and finally it had a sigal, and a fix. Will test later the wuality of the signal to see if it is fit for navigating. Keep trying! Maybe even switch ROM?

You mentioned other phone in first post ... is your SIM card in iNew?
My SIM was in other phone when I was adjusting my iNew and testing some things.
GPS also didn't work. I thought that was enough to be connected to WiFi in order to get A-GPS assistance in locking satellites.
After 2 days of trying I was having some problems with WiFi and had to put SIM inside to download something using 3G.
Then I have tried again with GPS and it found satellites in less than 30 seconds. It doesn't even have to be active sim card, and mobile data doesn't have to be on. It just have to be in the slot and GPS works perfectly.

Same here. LEWA 1.04 and 1.04 stock did see sats and had a fix. LEWA better than stock. Stock GPS keeps getting lost, which is not very good for a GPS....
1.08 on my V3 (900/2100 V4.0) has never seen a satellite, despite trying all known tricks.
So the GPS hardware is there, the GPS hardware works, but not in my 1.08.
Must be a software issue. For the people with a workjing GPS on 1.08: What V3 do you have?
Mine is a 900/2100 V4.
Without GPS I will go back to the LEWA Rom. I was happy with the performance.
And then wait for 1.09.
Or 2.0 which will solve ALL our problems.

If this is the only problem in this ROM I'm super happy
How are you searching for satellites and in what way, tool or application use?
You tried several times to restart AGPS using YGPS outside on open sky connected WiFi?
