Well, well, after download another ROM and flash it, complete the whole process, now when i plug the usb cable in the phone and my pc, the red led power on, a short vibration happens and capacitive bottons power on too, but the screen doesn't do anything. Any ideas?

The rom that i downloaded is for MT6572 phone based, definitly is not an MT6589.

DON'T GIVE UP!!!

Hi guys! I'm new here and I found this topic cause I have the same problem.
I have an ALLVIEW P5 QUAD phone witch is the same as Fly IQ446/Gionee GN708W/Xolo Q800/Symphony w125/QMobile Noir A20/Polytron W7450.
Flashed with wrong firmware (including preloader) , and the phone is death. No charge , no recovery etc...
Now is OK again Big Grin

Followed he description of user stevenma61
"1- MTK droid root n tools ( i assume that u already have)
2 - SP flash tool v3.1316
3 - backup rom ( that u previously backup with the MTK droid root n tool)
- let me name yr back up rom as "ROM_AAA"

now run the mtkdroid root n tools.
hit the tab "root, backup ,recovery"
then hit the button "To prepare blocks for Flash Tool"
then choose the ROM_AAA, then choose "file.md5"
then let it process, after finish( take about 10 over minutes)
then u should see a file name "!Files_to_FlashTool" under the file folder "ROM_AAA"

now run the SP flash tool, then the scatter the file
choose the scatter file from file folder "!Files_to_FlashTool"
then hit the button "Download"

now connect yr phone (without the battery) to yr computer, if everything is ok, it should be able to finish in about 2/3 minutes, then the geen circle.
then u are done, put back the battery, reboot the phone"

I try to flash with battery and without battery , tried in multiple ways..
At least try to flash with battery but hit the "Firmware upgrade" button.
It give me an error (don't remember ) , but I have files missing from ROM.
The MTKDROIDTOOLS don't create some files from my backup.
After that I copy/paste the missing files from another clone firmware -Xolo-Q800- (fat.img ,secro.img ,userdata.img ,cache.img)
After that again "Firmware update" , connect the phone and ...nothing.
Once tried to take out the battery , press the volume up for 20 seconds with usb cable connected (read somewhere this is hard reset)
Tried in that way for five or six times and after that the process will go !!!

NOW MY PHONE WORKING AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!! Big GrinBig GrinBig GrinBig GrinBig Grin

Don't give up!

SP FLASH TOOL ERROR : (8200)

[Platform error] The load and target are inconsistent!

[HINT]:
The load to be downloaded is for MT6589;
The platform is .
Please select the correct load according to the target to download.

**that's what the error from SPFlashtool i got when trying to flash the full firmware, or flash only preloader, or flash firmware that similar to my device...looks like my phone is dead....i don't know how to make it alive back

may be u have to wait for somebody upload the file, or get the cable flash rom from yr shop which u bought.

or try this the last way i can think of

try to read back yr rom in the phone with the sp flash tool

create a folder name AAA, put the 6589 scatter file in it
then run the sp flash tool, scatter the file under AAA, then hit the tab in the flash tool "read back", then add a file(if u don't have any line under the box), then double click the file, save the file (by default the name is ROM_O) change the starting address to 0X0 , and the length to 0x20000000 (twenty million) must start like 0x

so now the dialog box should like this

under readflag column : PageSpare
under start address : 0x000000000 ( does not matter how many zeros)
under length : 0x20000000

now hit the button "read back with an arrow sign"
connect yr phone(without the battery) to the computer

if it is ok, u shoulde finish it around 20 minutes

let me know if u get get the ROM_0 in the folder
the size of the ROM_0 is about 538 M

Edit:
i know the ROM_0 after u process will get back to yr situation now, what i want to see , if u can read back the rom_0, then after process, change some of the file to the one u back up with MTK droid tool, might be it will work.
[/quote

this didnt work for me.. still got the "S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL"
what might be wrong?
[/i]
Well, here comes another victim of the rom game.
Got my Neken N6, stuck at the red "Neken" on the screen after trying to flash Android
" Factory Rom" from Need Rom. And Boy did I need it.
Any attempts to flash anything ends up with the red line on the bottom of the flash tool.
The Preloader doesnt seem to connect to the usb properly but showed up under COM22 in the device manager. Same with the CTR. No connection.
Please any help out there?
make sure u use a later vesrion of flash tool
at least V3.1316 or later

i a using v3.1352 at the moment, this one support up to MTK6592
