So you're looking for a ROM that looks like K107-MB
Because you've got Version 4.1 anything under 4.1 should work also.

And the date listed in your photo should have the same principles. Meaning anything before the date listed will work if you can't find v4.1 or 2016-5-26

Pop the big silver metal square off your tablet, this is the one in your picture and sits just behind the SIM cards. This will tell you what MTK it is. This information will help you in your search.

For example you're looking for the big CPU with MediaTek written on it saying MT6582 or MT6580 or something MT....

Yours seems similar to mine except it's a v4.1 I couldn't get mine to work past loading the Mediatek screen after loading these ROMs. So I know I've got the right ROMs but the seller must have modified it with something else so I can't revive it unless I get the exact same ROM and mystery addition and the seller has disappeared 8 months ago.

If you cannot get past the splash screen / boot screen after you load these ROMs then you know you've got the right rom, but there's an additional piece that is missing and is still a mystery to me and tech experts on china-devices.

I wrote over the preloader which was my problem, If you have not, then using the base ROM should work for you.

Try vKB0019E
KB0012A
KB0004C
KB002B but it's not GSM
KB004K gives chinese logo on boot screen
KB005A (black screen, lights) there are two KB005As, in different directories, so try them both

If you get a black screen but the lights are on, on the back of your tablet then it's the LCD component of the ROM. This can be changed and it's a little more complicated to explain in a post so I'll wait until you've completed the above/below and get back to me before I explain changing the LCD components.

If this doesn't work, go through the K107 and K960 and I960 ROMs on Jlinksz. They keep adding new ROMs to these directories. I've gone through them all and the best outcomes for my tablet K107-MB-v3.0 are above.

My firmware is the proinfo file.ini. Its good to open any HEX-editor and to prescribe for themselves . Look at the pictures. 3 digit is LCD(1,2,3,4,5,6.....), 5 figure for Touch(1,2,3,....)

Everything works and I didn't need to change anything, just the language to English.

Got it working with the ROM giving to me by guy above.
It's a Lenovo ROM as it has their splash screen and name under settings.
Everything seems to work, I haven't tried GSM but I don't really care if it works or not, but will try it anyway.

but Gsm signal level very low working .
lk.bin darkens the screen. Some things are working. But no screen.

Open the file and see a third figure. It can have a value from 0 to 9. It is necessary for the queue to register and then flash the proinfo file.bin(only this file) while the screen will work.

my old problem sd card not working and gps working but not signal .

i am flashed proinfo.bin and lk.bin with your orginal fix files .. screen not work.

i am reflash only proinfo.bin with your orginal fix and all k107 files
.. now screen working sd card and working gps low signal .

now my problem only gps low signal .
which file will be edited for Low signal GPS . or me need driver for gps low signal
