You should tell us what have you done and creates this problem.
It looks like you have lost your IMEI numbers.
Type on the dialler *#06#. It will show the IMEI numbers of your SIM's.
If not then you have lost them.
Search at the web or here of how you can set back the IMEI #. There are a lot of options and tools
of how to do it.
It broke my screen on a cell phone so I had to change. But I don't understand why there is no signal (everything else works). In some larger cities get a signal, but in my village it does. I checked the IMEI, I've got two numbers, one for SIM 1 and one for SIM 2.

I hope you understend me. (Sorry for my bad english).
So, it looks like you didn't connect the GSM antenna correct.
You have to open it again and check if the connector is firmly connected to the board.
If I remember correct the antenna located at the bottom of the phone and connects to the main board at the top with a black cable.
Check if there is any distortion at the connector.
Hello everybody!

I am new in this forum. My name is Marius and i have the following problem:

I bought one smartphone BLU Studio 5.0 Sii US version D572a from Panama and is locked on 3G on 1900MHz.
I my country (Romania) i use 3G on 2100MHz. If i knew from the beginning i would buy D572i EU version but now is too late :-)

Please let me know if you have any ideea how to enable 2100MHz instead of 1900MHz.

You could try to flash the EU ROM to your phone with SP Flash Tool. It *might* work. But it might cause problems too.

Hi!
Sorry for posting many times here but i did not know why my reply does not appear...
I cannot find rom for D572i, this is the problem. People say that D572i is using the same roms which are installed in D572a. I don't know what to belive in this case.
I installed all possible roms for D572a but i could not find any rom for D572i. I installed as well so many custom roms but i still cannot manage to get 3G signal... I have only 2G...
Is there something to do with NV ?

Thanks!

Well the ROM will be the same, but the baseband and modem files are probably different. Custom ROM will not have these files in them. You need the full ROM flashed through your PC.

Contact the manufacturer to see if you can find the stock ROM for d572i.

That is still no guarantee it will help, because maybe the manufacturer has included different hardware radios, so then software fix won't help it.

Ok i will try to contact the manufacturer. Let's hope that is using same hardware on both models.
Do you have any ideea about nvram?
If i flash only the baseband from d572i (3G - 2100MHz) it suppose to work right?
If i edit the nvram in the right way, is the same thing if i replace the proper baseband?

Thank you!

You should see them as files starting with APDB or BPLGU. "APDB_MT6782_S01_alps-mp-m0.mp1_W16.17" for example.
