If you are look inside the file you will find tha its 1.03 based with custom lines kernel the light and the donate version.
The 1.04 custom from geekgirl have some files from smartdigi copy to copy
If you look the geekgirls rom its completely 1.03 based with the 1.04 kernel file nothing else with just the experience launcher.
Just look inside friend before write a wrong comment. in 101 the nfc and otg doesnt work. from 1.03 and up works. So your information i think its wrong.

What are you refering to when you say "look inside the file". Are you looking at decompiled sources, or a binary file inside some hex editor, or just the build.prop file? Because kernel version, bandbase version and firmware version can all be spoofed very easily.

Any proof for that? I would say it's other way around, since GeekGirl's rom was uploaded before "smart"digi's, no?

You think wrong. My friend got it two days ago with 1.0.1 installed and both OTG/NFC are working.
When i bought my phone it has v1.01 rom and otg and nfc were working
I dont know what a f* you are but dont say something what is not true! i dont use smartdigi or where you talk about i can do all myself without any problem so why would i use someone else his work and even buy such crap full of blabla lol,.. i hate to have to prove myself because of people like you but i will if i need but not for you! its always the same, i would not even bother or respond to this crap you say but i just hate to see lies and noncense.., for me it is not any challenge to just take and steal things or ideas from others that is something really not done, i used stock 104 and did much more than just launcher stuff, this is the last i sayed about and especially to talk with you.

they are authorised from google inc. as the only one who can use files and make custom roms
Even google must donate to them because they are able to make custom roms with android versions that google hasnt release until now....

On topic - Smartdigi lied in the beginning - their first DONATE version was just a copy of 1.0.1, I made the comparison myself, and they just added root and removed some app (text to speech I think). Their next DONATE version was a lie too - they said it was a 4.4, which it obviously wasn't. On the other hand, they actually changed some things, for example they tried to do something with the camera...which was terrible, TERRIBLE in the end, because it took strange 8 MP shots which were purple. :-D
So in the end I haven't tried their new version.
