I'm assuming this is a flashable ROM. Follow the standard Gizbeat tutorial. In a nutshell - ADB drivers, Flash Tool, Load scatter, click upgrade.
If someone want I can post links and infos how to do it for recovery and root as old recovery not work with 4.2.1 rom
