I appreciate the time that was put in to create the drivers of these phones because for a while I was thinking that attempting to root this phone would be harder than pulling teeth. I am most grateful.
I tried these on my Caesar A9600 mtk6589 with windows 7 32 bit and are working fine. Thank you to the developer(s).
merci

[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] should anyone need it, though do not bother with step #9 for rooting if you're not on ICS.

Hi Gizbeat I'm new on this things of rooting I got my first chinese phone it's awesome. I tried to install drivers for my phone and they didn't work until I saw your post and finally could install drivers for my phone I really appreciate your help. But I have a few questions if you can anwer them please. Once I got installed the drivers is not necessary pdanet+ so can I uninstall the app from my pc and my phone and continue using those drivers for rooting my phone?.

I really appreciate your help.
Just a sign for win8 users:
The drivers to install correctly you need to switch off [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register].
Without this, you will get the message from (actually all of adb driver setups) that driver installed succesfull, but it is not true, the driver doesn't work at all (because windows rejected the installation without any warning).
After that step, you can use your phone and your tools under win8 perfectly.

(I'm using win8 pro x64)
Hi guys,
noob here.
I have an Amoi N828 phone. It is my first Android phone.
I am trying to install the VCOM Drivers, but in Device Manager in the Port section, the driver is appearing and disappearing every 2-3 seconds.
I have used USBDeview and uninstalled all other drivers except my mouse and keyboard. After a PC reboot, and a new driver installation, it is the same problem.

Can you please help me with some step by step instructions?

Thank you.

Hey,

I have exactly the same problem
I can't connect the Amoi N828 to my computer. I tried to install the drivers but it doesn't work.
The connection is dropping in and out every 2-3 seconds.

Can you please help me? Is there a way to connect the phone smoothly to my computer (win7).
Or is there an other way (by using mobileuncle/ROM Manager)?

Thank you! I'm happy for every answer!
This is not only driver, but there are any tool for internet connection

Yes. It's true. This can also be used to tether your PC to your phone, so your PC can use your phone's internet connection.
Can these drivers used for MTK6589T?
