Yes. No problem for MTK6572. These are ADB drivers that should work with most all Android phones.

I have Mtk7572 and after rooting i mistakenly restored it to factory settings not i cant install CWM as SP flash tool gives bootloader or com port error, kindlt tell me th solution

You can try to install through Mobile Uncle App. I assume you're still rooted, yes? Put the CWM for your phone on the SD, then use Mobile Uncle App to install it. Make sure it's CWM for your phone, and you must be rooted.

I took it for warranty claim they said that its because of volume key problem which is making it start in recovery mode and restoring its factory settings
