In my situation, Battery Doctor works nicely. It allows you to automatically close certain apps after not using it for a certain period. Also allows me to turn of wifi during the day when I do not have access, and automatically turns it back on when I am home. Can also do the same for ringtones and screen light. When I am sleeping, screen is set to minimum light as I will not wake up at night for any emails or messages.
The open kernal will make a huge difference when it becomes available.
I have the habit to switch things off manually, and background apps are greenified: that's why battery doctor in my case is useless.
No, at this point I pretend android L with its super battery resistance!
First waiting for 1.1.4 ...... Then wait for kit-kat ......then wait for L ......
Is inew a serious company? I doubt about it! What will be next? Wait until the phone is obsolete or underpowered for the last Android? COME ON.......!
Customer service is a joke,my battery died after 4 weeks use,I wrote and complained and here is their reply

I know I'm really OT but I want to inform you that an update for tsunami rom has been released today via OTA and it significantly improves battery life and performance!
Can you post a gsam battery screenshot?
I updated just 8 hours ago, and it passed from 60% to 30% with quite heavy usage. Tomorrow after a day of normal usage I'll post a screenshot.
