Hi kihapet !

Do you have already tried the root tool that I have suggested to m.ahmad4545 ?

[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]*en

However, your device seems problematic (no solutions on the xda & hovatek sites).
MTK Droid Tools (to make a backup and install CWM) doesn't works with the last generation MTK SoCs (67**) ... but an idea came to me :-)
Try to download & install the new SpaceMTKTool by an italian developer called simoneguarrera. it's able to run on the devices with the last MTK generation SoCs. The link is the next :

mega:///#!5NxX0BaS!W8YeeKhU1BX18lcWWQ2i6QX1eYRj3-z8G39CuW7CsLw (copy & paste it)

When you will have finished to install it, click on "connect device" and click on "install root tool". For further information, please visit the next thread :

Hi Cleo
Did that(previously) and failed
error is below
*****************************************************
C:\Program Files (x86)\AltairAerospace Ltd\SpaceMTKTool>adb remount
* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
* daemon started successfully *
remount of system failed: Permission denied
remount failed
**************************************************

remaining solution is to get TWRP of CWM and flash super suCrying

Hello,
I have the iNew L4 , lollipop 5.1 and I have rooted it using
[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

I had to use the non-pc method, I copied the apk file to my phone, then I opened it on my phone.

When I downloaded the file to my PC it didn't like the file with the Chrome browser so I used another browser.

Was very quick to do, as I tried Kingo root and it went all the was then failed at the end.

Hope that helps
