Also, Cwm is not a ROM. Just a custom recovery so you can install the supersu to root. This is a last option if all other tools fail.

This happens on boot up? Sounds like an error from recovery. You don't install framaroot that way. Just put in sdcard then boot.
Also allow to install apps from unknown sources. You find it in security in settings.

That would be a false positive. Antivirus programs flag it because this is a hack tool.
