finaly i root a difficul phone for rooting
make cwm with mtkdroid Tools
flash it with spflashtool
boot in cwm and install superuser.zip
the hard with this phone is to boot iN CWM try different cobination until i found the corect one
(hold val+ + power, when logo apear remove finger from vol+ only until the cwm appear)
Hi just wanting confirmation of a few things before i get to flashing this on my phone
I downloaded the stock rom for my phone uhappy up520 (mtk 6582)
Looking in the scatter that comes with the ROM (doesnt open with mtk droid tools)
The recovery shows this

After a bit of googling i think the recovery partition is 16mb if this is true does it matter what size the CWM Rcovery comes out at after building. Mine was about 6.8mb?
If im wrong will the recovery i have buillt fit in the above partiton

after it selected the boot.img file it asked for recovery.img. after it selected the recovery file it came back with an error: recovery doesn't match by the size. -- task completed--- and it coes not ask for CWM file which is what I am after.
for some reasons my phone was rooted with shuame but rootchecker said no.
I have a coolpad 7320 JB 4.2.2 and I am using MTK droid root and tool v2.5.3.
any ideas ? thanks
