i guess that is much easier installing the rom from the extsdcard with philzt6, if it can be done

if i have to do all the procedures in the video,i will do it. but for a person like me ,with no knowledge of this, it seems very difficult

PhilZ Touch 6 will be very helpful to you to do a backup and to restore it. It is fundamental. Anyway, you can try to put the rom zip into your external microSD, restart in recovery mode and restore from a zip ...but I have doubts about the success. Instead, try to flash the rom with SP Flash Tool is the first basic method. In this moment I'm analyzing your scatter file. You could download SP Flash Tool:
