I have flashed my HomTom HT3 pro (I do not which version is it : old or new). I have used the ROM (GF20_HT3Pro_V1.0.9_user_20160420-17_38_40) and the flash tool used is SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1632_Win.
The flash run ok but when I tried to switch on the phone it did not switch on. Could you tell how I could solve this issue ? How I can know which HT3 pro I get ? and how to flash it again ?
Regards

It's working. I can turn on my phone with it!

P.S.: But didn't solve my Unknown Baseband problem Sad

Great. Now try the IMEI guide to restore IMEI. Also, did you use "firmware upgrade" when you flashed the ROM?

I used the "download" option. I don't got any instruction from Homtom.

Try with firmware upgrade. Does it have the modem and AP database files?

Sadly I found only the AP in the zip. I already have the unknown baseband problem.
After work I try the "firmware upgrade".

2) Flash it with SP Flash Tool (Format All + Download).
3) Enable OEM unlocking (Developer option).

Hi Cleo, sorry for bugging you i know that you don't have much time but i have big problem now.I was on your Lenovo Vibe Mod ROM and i wanted to jump from that one to this HT7Pro MOD.I did ALL the steps you mentioned (i DID make NVRAM backup before installing it and DID NVRAM restore after installing) but now i'm stuck without ANY sim card or baseband being recognized. What to do now?Can i go back to stock ROM and flash HT7Pro ROM from there? Will my IMEI be there or is it lost (i don't understand how did this happened??).Please help..Sad

EDIT: i managed to flash stock ROM 1.0.9. all is working,my SIM card detected and i have full 3G signal BUT my IMEI isn't there again...how to solve this mess..?
