i cant flash it, flashtools does not recognise my phone and i have installed all drivers..

It's better not to publicize your NvRam files. it contains your uniqe ID. so it shouldn't be publicized while it contains your information in it
And if you post only the nvram part related at GPS?? Is it possible? We can modify only that section

I just back up the nvram from a new untouched inew v3 850/2100 v4 1.0.4.
If someone need it send me a pm with an email address so i can send the files.
The only thing you have to do is to put your own imei #'s. The MTK droid tools extract one .bin file and one .rar file

if the nvram back couldn't bring gps to your phone, then 100% it's a bug in the rom.
I have the same issue about the GPS. No sattelites. iNew v3 850/2100 v4 1.0.4
I hope some good news about the nvram backup sent throught email.
