my E-Thor is in origin condition and with 2 ota on 29/08/2017 (183629)
this morning i realize that the recovery just show a dead droid-robot with "no command "

does i have to flash the original recovery ? and were could i found it ?
or : root + recovery twrp .. and install the first rom with ota or the cleopatra rom ..

Safest is to use SPflashtools to flash a full Vernee Thor E rom using 'Firmware upgrade' option and then allow that to do OTA updates.

BUT try to give good advices to the other members !

In this case you were wrong.
I mean, the suggestion that you given to @Math49 was wrong.
Why ? For TWO REASONS :

First reason :

Because you can not suggest to use SP Flash Tool with the OTA updates in the Vernee official forum.
Vernee never make firmwares flashable by SP Flash Tool, but exclusively OTA updates.
If you want to use SP Flash Tool, you have to flash the next firmware :

Second reason :

The dead droid-robot with "no command " is normal onto Stock Recovery.
When the dead droid-robot appears,
you have to press volume up+power buttons simultaneously.
Then, you will enter onto the screen of the Stock Recovery.

i thought that i had to reinstall a recovery and i know that twrp is top
i used it for others phones i had to install good roms.
Greatings you show me the way to rescue if needed; i will decide if i gonna root, perhaps for xposed modules or clean without touchpal..

I have downloaded their ROM's from the link I provided and they come as a zip file with a scatter file included, I have successfully loaded them onto a Thor E using flashtools so it does work, its how I recovered from a broken recovery. Why would they include a scatter file if they did not intend them to be used in flashtools. They do not include a ROM for every OTA update so once its you have flashed it you then need to finish off by doing a OTA check and allowed any updates.

linageos was my last favorite rom on the galaxnot3, i appréciate the quiet of no apply uses ports http no crypted, i choose the E-thor for his autonomy and a quick swith to cut all dataconnexions.
I gonna install twrp maybe this weekend, have a good friday

It is not a competition to be the best in the Vernee section of this forum.

As you might know rovo89 released Xposed for nougat. I tried it at Thor e and it booted just fine. I will try now some modules to see how they are working. We might not have lost but I think we can customize our ROM in many ways
