Hy, i've just buying the vernee thor E and waiting for his arrival.
i wait a case and screen protection too from another shop
I just hope the last ota is super clean.

Got my new Thor E today, it downloaded a small update and then I loaded TWRP 3.1.0 from earlier in the thread, had the password and cryllic issue but got past that and then rebooted to normal and it just hung, could get back into TWRP but it would not do a normal boot so flashed 15th June Rom and used OTA updates to get back to the small update. Until TWRP is updated rooting cannot be achieved if my issue was TWRP related. Did not try to install SU etc, just cleared password and selected English in TWRP.

I also did like you. Go back to previous thread answered by Cleopatra. Folliw that answer and you will be back to OTA update same as me.
Dont try anything until Vernee or someone give us stable ROM.

Did you try earlier version of TWRP? Or just 3.1? So we can't use at all TWRP?

Did you try the first TWRP provided? Or just 3.1 version? Because if you did then we can't root the phone

Yes, tried both but first did not work either, it did not go to twrp recovery but to std recovery. The latest Vernee ROM must have changed something.
