I upload Stock Rom 2017_08_09 with SP Flash Tool v5.1724.00.000 all ok.
It updates the soft to the latest version, it is ok.
I upload twrp 3.0.3 and can not upload.
I load twrp 3.1, but it does not start up after exit.
I upload everything from the beginning, but this time without update and I can not load twrp 3.0.3, and after upload 3.1 the system does not start.
What am I doing wrong ?

After this point the system sees the sd card and formats it as internal memory (not as removable card).
3 - 9 is 100% correct.
After point 9 the system does not see the card shows the capacity of 0MB. I can not go to card and I can find the uploaded SU.zip file.
As I leave TWRP 3.1 (reebot, exit) the system does not pick up and I have to upload everything from point 1.
What am I doing wrong ?

When did you get your phone, just thinking if Vernee have changed something so in the same way you cannot put a M.A.D. rom onto a non E Thor built oct 2016 and after the Cleopatra TWRP does not load on a new version of the Thor E. Pure speculation, but as 3.1.0 did not work for me on a freshly delivered Thor E it cannot be ruled out.

DO NOT format the sd card as internal memory.
Keep the sd card as
removable card.
FUNDAMENTAL :
Install SuperSU-v2.82
BEFORE to reboot in normal mode.
STEPS :
1) Unrar the SU_BU-June_2017.rar.

Would later like to do root of the phone then I can format the card as internal memory, if so how to do?
Earlier I had root and card was seen as internal memory. so I would prefer.

Everything is clear, but it is a problem.
The SD card I have glued together with the second sim card chip so that the phone supports 2 sim cards and an SD card at the same time (it works fine). I can not format it outside the phone.
As I have a formatted SD card as an external memory, I can not upload anything to it.
As is the system card (internal) I upload using "My Phone Explorer client". I did this on an earlier version of your software and it worked right away.

You can use a file manager apk to transfer the content from internal to external sd.
