Yep, got the same problem. Did what YAN proposed and will see whether battery life is as good as before. Anyhow, the "battery saver" function dissapeared in v2.4_EU. Too bad as my phone is not rooted and I do not find and App that allows me to run at half CPU speed when I want it to...

Just one more comment reg. upgrade procedure: The 2.4_EU that you guys made available on Mega works fine with a Flash directly from your SD, using the internal system update function. As described, upgraded directly from version 2.2_abroad, without any problem. Just give it time! As DutchBird quoted you may think the phone´s bricked since it doesn´t show anything but the new Innos logo.... just wait and give it time, reset to factory default and reboot twice at least.

I also found that
- the notification LED behaves differently
- Cam quality improved from 2.2
- WLAN connectivity is as bad as before (a HW thing I suppose)
--> changed frequency band without success
--> anything else you can suggest to improve range?
- automatic display brightness works better than before
- and some other minor stuff

I have no problem the phone goes in deep sleep

Trying this. Will run through the night, see if it properly works. At this point, 10 minutes of idle time adds only 20 seconds to the wakelock, so it looks promising.

In any case, a workaround is to set settings>location>mode to 'device only', so only gps and no google location services. This made the drain disappear completely. But battery saving mode (so using google location services) worked fine for me on 2.3 and I'd like to see it working again. Will know more tomorrow

Can now confirm this fix worked. Wakelock has disappeared even with google location services on, thanks!
Well, this is an almost bug free rom! I don't really care for the battery saver or luck of, and the only bug I have is that sometimes the auto brightness get stuck. I have to put the phone into different light conditions in order to make it auto adjust...

There are a few people back home that are interested in buying this phone but hesitate due to lack of Greek language. Is it easy to implement?
Hello.

I would also like to know if it is possible to implement greek language.

A friend of mine bought this phone but the lack of greek language is a problem for him.

Also I would like to know if there is any rom for this phone with greek language.

Sorry for asking here but for some reason I can't make a new thread.

When I hit the "Post thread" button, it sends me back to the forum without posting anything.

I've also the common rom installed and liked to have an English/Dutch rom v2.4 or better, other languages doesn't bore me.
Is a sd rom the best solution to upgrade? Everything will be erased I think? So all programs and setting have to be reinstalled?

I think you are in the correct thread, involving the right person for the job! Wink
Well we hope so, when looking around you lose the right path with all different versions and bugs ;) Not forgetting the instructions for specialists to implement the rom.
