Big file : The new Rom of the phone. It's like windows 8 for a PC.
Where did you buy your phone ?
=> Maybe you will have google service already installed.
Otherwise, it will be more complicated. If I am not wrong (please correct me otherwise).
First option : Your phone is rooted :
- Install mobile uncle to change your Recovery to chinese from english by installing the .img file
- Go to recovery
- install the gapps.zip from recovery
Second one : Your phone is not rooted :
- You need to root it before ! cf post #2

i am not sure but i fail flashing only ota...i got an error each time becouse my rom was with all chinese apps deleted...that make my ota failing..
it shoul be posible to flash wit sp flash too but i didn't try it..and you can use gapps and english with original stock rom

if your phone is rooted then is posible to flash gapps,but is not posible to update the rom via OTA..and if u do not have the latest rom you will have pr with sync..that was solved on last update ...the big file is the last rom with latest updates..you can flash it via CWM...but then you lose language pack if you have it
..you will only have english and chinese

I changed CWM to English. I also downloaded the root files and the GAPPS.
But I have no acccess to the Baidu file. I hit the Download button, but the download doesn't start...
Seems to be down...
Could you perhaps share it?

- stock music player get FORCE CLOSE, when i'm want to change volume
- system update failed (30MB pack) The message is: Sorry, update version failure.

Same here! And it has problems with syncing especially Google calendar.
Sometimes it even doesn`t sync stock email and whatsapp correctly.
Want to flash to original rom and root again but have no acces to Baidu anymore....
I have downloaded the eternal team multi-language rom and original tcl rom, too
We have no chance to apply the 30MB LeWa update manually?

I'm in China now and i just updated once this morning. It said i'm on version 14.02.11. It seems that it is the lastest ??
I will root and install gapps.
Btw in case if i want to update later, on the official website there is two rom proposed :

What are the difference ?
For those who cant access baidu i suggest trying to use a proxy or in 3 weeks i could upload the rom on more friendly eu-us web stockage but not before
