Finaly the HOMTOM Guys send me a Stock ROM and Flash Tool for my HT16PRO ;)
In the Tutorial it says:

But wher do i get it and whitch? Until this step it went fine...

Where do i get the "custom recovery" that i neet to port to get the twrp that fits to my phone?

I have an OUKITEL U20 Plus (mt6737T) and i have the same problem !
I Tried porting different recoveries but the same results i have tried a recovery packed by jimmini but it doesn't work too ! this phone doesn't have OTG so it can't use a mouse to replace touch screen in recovry ! Any idea CLEO ??

i used a twrp by jimmini & i tried to port a lot of recoveries fallowing your great tuto but... no luck
