I have an Oukitel K7000 and my touchscreen never responds when in twrp recovery mode, I also tried porting Philz but it doesn't launch at all. I'm looking for cwm recovery to port with same chipset, I have mt6737m, can someone please help me ?? I accidentally deleted my IMEI number when I bricked my phone and reflashed rom so now I need root asap to restore it.

I have a Tesla smartphone 9. It has a MTK6753 chipset, 3GB ram and 32GB internal storage. Its running android 5.1 currently.
I tried porting twrp from Elephone M2 and bluboo xtouch but the touch doesn't work. I tried connecting my mouse and keyboard using OTA but it doesn't work either.
I tried to port TWRP 3.1.0 for my device (Gionee F103 mt6735 64bit) but there are not mounting any partition exclude sdcard partition. What I made wrong?? Already check fstab and ramdisk/etc/recovery.fstab
