To be able to root your ZTE Blade A112,
you have to port a TWRP compatible for your phone.

TWRP for Allview P9 Energy MT6755 HELIO P10 --- same as the Gionee S6
Unlock bootloader and then flash this TWRP or use the fastboot boot command I describe
If you don't have a USB OTG use 'fastboot boot recovery.img' so that the touch screen works. But as Cleopatra states an USB OTG makes life easy...
