im having trouble porting twrp or finding stock rom whitch would work on mtk tools in general.I have mt6735 based LG K8. I managed to find a rom and extract it using LG firmware extractor found the recovery image file though it was compressed using different method(lz4) and the filesystem is quite different inside. It has a bunch of LG specifig files with lge headers and no port I've tried is yet to boot (was using unlocked fastboot to try flash/boot into a recovery)
I tried many different TWRPs from identical spec phones to port but to no awail.
If you know a surefire way of making this work I am willing to donate

OS Android OS, v6.0 (Marshmallow)
Chipset Mediatek MT6735
CPU Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A53
GPU Mali-T720
1.5GB of RAM
8GB ROM

after searching high and low for a custom recovery solution for my phone i found this thread. In the title it states just 67** devices. I was wondering wether this would work for 65** devices too.
I have a Cubot rainbow on Android 6.0 ( Shows as Wiko Rainbow in Cpu-Z app)
and It states that it is a MT6580
I would be more than happy to donate if it would possibly work!
