I suggest you to look for a twrp of a device with the same spec of your phone.
Then, try to port the twrp onto your phone.

I found device matching my device specs - Zopo Color C ZP330 and i found CWM port for that phone. Question is: can i port this CWM recovery to my phone using your tutorial?

Ok, i see. The last question: what should i do if in custom twrp recovery for the same hardware phone as i got there is no meta_init.modem.rc and other meta_... files?
Edit: I found the case of all my problems... My Comodo Internet Security was blocking few files from recovery and that's why I didn't have those files. I will try to port recovery to my phone later. Thank You.

Recently I have problem with philz touch recovery installed using easy magic ohilz installer.
My philz touch unable to detect my micro sdcard everytime I unroot my device. It always says e:can't mount sdcard1/no-media.
Are there any solution for this?

I can not understand why you have unrooted your phone.
Leave your phone rooted.
